1. The service
GenMockups ("the tool", "the service") is provided free of charge by SevenLabs. You may use the tool to generate device mockup images from URLs or uploaded screenshots. No account is required.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but make no uptime guarantees.
2. Your content and generated images
Images you generate using GenMockups are yours. You own the output and may use it for any purpose, including commercial projects, client work, marketing materials, presentations, and publications. We claim no rights over generated images.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and reproduce the websites or screenshots you use as source material. GenMockups only composites images you provide or approve - we are not responsible for the content of the underlying screenshots.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use GenMockups for any of the following:
- Capturing competitors' sites or proprietary interfaces for the purpose of commercial espionage or competitive intelligence gathering without authorization
- Creating misleading or fraudulent mockups that misrepresent a product, website, or service
- Attempting to overload, probe, or attack our infrastructure
- Circumventing rate limits or access controls through automated scripts
- Capturing content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Violation of these terms may result in access being blocked without notice.
4. No warranty on smart scan accuracy
The smart scan feature attempts to extract accurate titles, descriptions, and brand colors from web pages. We make no warranty that this extraction will be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The extracted values are suggestions - you should always review and edit them before exporting.
Some websites actively block automated browsers. If a capture fails for this reason, the tool will indicate the failure and offer you the option to upload a screenshot manually. We do not guarantee successful capture of any specific site.
5. Limitation of liability
GenMockups is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SevenLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service. Since the service is free, that amount is zero.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
